The options for gay grooms seeking to make their wedding suit something special have grown with the arrival of Canada’s Indochino into the Australian market.
Online custom-suits from Indochino are now available in Australia.

The Vancouver-based company calls itself the original disruptor of the tailored suiting market witn ta strong digital presence and 43 showrooms in North America.
The company’s chief executive Drew Green thinks that Australian grooms will be just as interested in their offering of premium fabrics, personalisation and customised lapels, pockets, buttons and linings.
"As a former resident of Sydney, I’m thrilled to bring Indochino clothing to Australian shores, as the country and its people hold a special place in my heart," Green says.
"We were the original brand to reinvent how men shop—beginning with made to measure suits and now offering a wide assortment of custom clothing—all delivered in an industry-leading two weeks. Now, we’re ready to shake up the way Aussie men get dressed, each and every day."
The online process is relatively simple, with customers following a 10-minute video that takes them through establishing an online profile with measurements. Green will even send you a tape measure if you need it.
Suits, shirts, blazers and trousers are made to your measurements and shipped to your door. If any tweaks are required, customers receive an alterations credit.
There are plenty of styles to work with on the Indochino website, including the Hemsworth, a name familiar to Australians and Thor fans.
Don’t worry, we’ve scanned the accessories and while you can pick up a pocket handkerchief there are no mythological hammers.
Suits start at $599, with shirts and chinos at $119. Visit www.indochino.com.
